Executive Receptionist Role

An Executive Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of executive guests during their stay at the hotel. This involves efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing advice and information as requested.


Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome executive guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their stay, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and ensure that all guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards.
  • Remain current with all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events to deliver exceptional levels of service.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and external locations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Project a professional demeanor, emphasizing hospitality and guest service at all times.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Executive Lounge Supervisor or Manager to support the smooth operation of the executive lounge.

Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in front office roles within the hotel, leisure, or retail sectors.
  • A calm, efficient, and organized approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding levels of guest service.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in an Executive Lounge environment would be advantageous.
