IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT specialist to fill the role of Technical Support Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in network management and help desk support, with a solid understanding of IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Institute and maintain standardized protocols for the use of information technology across departments and projects.
• Provide expert advice on the most suitable IT choices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Offer technical support and training for systems and networks, empowering employees to utilize technology effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between end-users and higher-level support teams, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high-quality service.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware, including printers, network cards, and other essential devices.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of system and network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Perform thorough troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Prioritize performance maintenance activities, such as regular backups and updates.
• Collaborate with other professionals to uphold standards and ensure optimal functionality, driving innovation and excellence in IT services.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Experience in network management and help desk support is a significant advantage.
• Deep knowledge of IT systems and applications, with a solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Great attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (365, Office) and other relevant tools.
