Manpower Coordinator

HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. seeks a skilled Manpower Coordinator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Workforce Management – recruiting, mobilizing, and monitoring employee performance.

Client Relationship Management – building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is crucial for this role.

Operational Compliance – adhering to all relevant laws and regulations is essential.

Financial Oversight – handling project finances and ensuring timely invoicing will be handled by the selected candidate.

Team Leadership – leading and motivating HR, recruitment, and field teams is a vital aspect of this position.

Reporting & Documentation – providing accurate and timely reports to stakeholders is necessary.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in sourcing, outsourcing, or operations management.

A strong leadership and client management skills are required for this position.

Familiarity with labor laws and visa regulations in Kuwait is mandatory.
