Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial services and accounting tasks associated with maintaining accurate, timely, and reliable services and reports.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the general ledger accounting, accounts payable, budget analyst, and payroll to validate items to be included in billings.
- Ensure all financial reporting activities for the Programs are thoroughly prepared and reviewed, and all reports are in compliance with appropriate financial standards and company requirements.
- Assist Senior Management in developing strategic business plans and forecasts related to billings and collections.
- Monitor actual vs. budget/forecast to ensure Cash/Collections Forecasts provide a realistic view of the financial position.
- Implement financial controls and conduct financial reviews of program areas.
- Prepare and analyze various financial reports, and develop and monitor performance metrics for financial management.
