About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market trend analysis to inform customer behavior and competitor landscape insights, ensuring our brand remains competitive in the market.
  • Analyze and summarize research findings for strategic marketing guidance, providing actionable insights to inform our marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing agency in developing and evaluating comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide clear instructions for usage and promotion, fostering a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Liaise with local partners and platforms for specific campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and effective brand representation.
  • Create, edit, and manage social media content, maintaining consistent branding across all platforms, and engaging audiences through meaningful connections.
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners, adhering to brand standards and visual identity.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of sales support materials, updating as needed to reflect changing requirements, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Effectively manage social media accounts, engaging audiences and fostering meaningful connections, driving engagement and brand awareness.
  • Communicate digital marketing efforts with the regional office, ensuring alignment and collaboration, and driving business results.
  • Work closely with the sales, meeting & events teams to promote special packages and events, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback and reviews to derive valuable marketing insights, informing our marketing strategies and driving business improvement.
  • Respond promptly to guest comments on social media and select online platforms, providing timely resolutions and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Ensure all marketing activities consistently adhere to the hotel's brand standards, upholding its visual identity and messaging across all platforms, and driving brand consistency.
