Drive revenue growth through innovative leasing solutions at ABYAT, a leading retail destination in the Middle East. As our Specialty Leasing Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to lease temporary spaces to vendors, pop-up stores, or promotional tenants.

Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with potential tenants, ensuring profitable agreements that meet business objectives.

Draft and manage lease agreements, adhering to legal standards and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.

Monitor and analyze the performance of specialty leasing tenants to maximize profitability, creating opportunities for growth and expansion.

Craft innovative leasing packages to attract diverse vendors and increase property revenue, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity.

Develop promotional or seasonal leasing programs to boost temporary leasing activity, driving sales and customer engagement.

Track leasing activity and generate regular financial reports on revenue, occupancy rates, and performance, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.

Manage the leasing budget, ensuring costs are controlled and revenues meet targets, contributing to the company's overall success.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of proven experience in leasing or retail management.

A strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tenants and leasing projects simultaneously.
