Mathematics Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Maths Teacher to join our COBIS and BOS accredited school in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their full potential. This position is open to both experienced teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) - please note that an Early Career Teacher (ECT) programme is not currently offered. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective maths lessons to secondary school students. They will also assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. A positive and inclusive learning environment will be created, encouraging student participation and engagement. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the maths curriculum, participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities. The requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, a teaching qualification, strong subject knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience teaching in an international setting is a plus, but not required.
