Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day activities in our Front Desk area. This role requires the ability to supervise and check the grooming and hygiene standards of colleagues, while ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
As a proactive person, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and operational tasks, providing customer service, and managing correspondence. You will also be involved in organization and archiving of documents, as well as assisting with projects and various activities.
Requirements:
- Willingness to Learn: We welcome candidates with no experience but who are eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Communication and Organization Skills: Good communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Teamwork and Responsibility: The ability to work effectively as part of a team and take responsibility for assigned tasks is critical.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are desirable but not essential.
