Job Overview

SOS HR Solutions seeks a skilled Personnel and Payroll Manager to oversee employee-related administrative tasks, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain accurate personnel records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain individual personnel files, process internal and external employee transactions, and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Implement policies, manage contracts, and coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance and social security.
  • Provide consultation on HR policies, monitor attendance, and resolve employee grievances and complaints.
  • Review employment contracts, update records in the system, and prepare payroll, including salaries, indemnities, and allowances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel management and payroll, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC.
  • Strong understanding of Kuwait Labor Law and related government procedures.
  • Proficient in HRMS or payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
