We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer - Installation and Repair to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems within our construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or construction environment. You will be proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals related to mechanical systems, and possess strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.

Your expertise will contribute significantly to minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
  • Assist in training junior technicians on best practices for mechanical maintenance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing maintenance processes.
