The MEP Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, efficiency, and safety of all MEP systems, integrating cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices to support a premier guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose and repair system malfunctions and failures.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules for all systems.
  • Manage and maintain the facility's electrical infrastructure.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair chillers, primary pumps, secondary pumps, and other equipment.
  • Maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot the complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Valid registration in the Kuwait Society of Engineers.
  • Previous working experience in Kuwait.
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience as an MEP Engineer.
  • Proficiency in MEP design software and familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Ability to communicate and understand Arabic.
