About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced senior electrical design engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review engineering documents such as calculations, specifications, philosophies, datasheets, and drawings, as well as BOQ for electrical to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Develop and implement electrical design techniques and analysis methods, ensuring statutory requirements and codes applicable to onshore/offshore oil and gas industry are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Review vendor documents and conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on electrical design and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design techniques and analysis methods, including exposure to statutory requirements and codes applicable to onshore/offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
