The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the project meets the required quality standards, is delivered on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations, safety guidelines, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure effective budget allocation.
- Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the project plan.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in pipeline projects, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong understanding of underground pipeline construction, project management, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Transferable residency in Kuwait is preferred.
