Job Description:

The role of E-Commerce Officer involves managing the daily activities of our e-commerce platform to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders according to ORP's standards. This position plays a crucial role in driving our online presence and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our E-commerce platform, ensuring products are accurately listed, categorized, and priced.
  • Monitor and maintain product inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.

  • Continuously enhance the user experience by improving website layout, navigation, and functionality.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Monitor website performance, including page load times, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Oversee the order processing and fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to manage inventory levels and shipping logistics.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
