Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, processing salaries, performing audits, and reconciling bank statements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Process salaries and other employee benefits
  • Perform audits and reviews of financial records
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
