About the Job

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of work assignments for the Outside Plant / Inside Plant personnel, providing guidance while working in the field. They will ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and that they provide communications support to the COR and local customer.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have 3-5 years of experience as a Telecommunications Technician, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, splicing, terminating, and conducting site surveys. You must also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate technical information in English, both written and oral.

Working Conditions
