Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical guidance on Finastra Equation Core Banking systems, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
  2. Develop, maintain, and support RPG programs for core banking systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers.
  4. Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, development, and testing.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new versions of Finastra Equation Core Banking systems.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in Finastra Equation Core Banking systems, RPG programming, and related technologies.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Finastra Equation Core Banking systems, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
  3. Strong RPG programming skills, including development, maintenance, and support.
  4. Experience with database management systems, such as DB2 or Oracle.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
