Vectrus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving and processing inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting inventory counts.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems, including tracking stock levels, managing inventory movement, and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, and distribution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, transportation management systems, and warehouse management software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
