About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Integrated Billing Analyst III to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating invoices and reconciling costs for fixed-price and reimbursable billings.
- Performing Booked Cost to Billed Cost reconciliations for each contract.
- Coordinating with personnel from various departments to ensure complete and accurate documentation for billing and subsequent collection.
- Maintaining strong order to cash responsibilities across multiple departments within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in GL accounting and Government Contract accounting preferred.
- IFS, SAP, and Excel experience preferred.
