You'll be responsible for transforming complexity into captivating visuals as a key member of our team. Under the guidance of our Head of Corporate Communications, you'll bring clarity, beauty, and cohesion to both digital and print channels.

Your creative flair will be incorporated into everything from dynamic motion graphics and presentations to multi-page layouts, infographics, videos, company profiles, and reports. You'll simplify complex ideas into elegant formats that engage our audience.

This role offers you the chance to innovate across various mediums, crafting stunning visuals for internal communications, designing compelling marketing materials, and event themes. You'll also play a key role in shaping the visual identity and branding of NBK Wealth, ensuring a unified look and feel across all platforms.

You'll conceptualize and design visually striking artworks and multimedia that bring communication objectives to life. This includes developing brand collateral such as pitchbooks, PPMs, website layouts, social media campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns, corporate profiles, and more.

Elevate communication materials by designing immersive presentation decks, graphs, infographics, and visuals that simplify complex information into engaging easy-to-understand formats.

As a guardian of our brand's identity, you'll ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all organizational initiatives. You'll work closely with teams and stakeholders to maintain a unified brand experience, both internally and externally.

You'll oversee the production process from start to finish, liaising with printing presses to ensure the flawless delivery of communication materials. Manage mockup creation and coordinate with production partners to ensure high-quality execution.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with over 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects is essential.

You'll have proven success in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, internal communication strategies, and branded content for various mediums. Experience creating diverse visual materials, including presentations, infographics, posters, motion graphics, corporate profiles, digital and print collateral, and integrated marketing campaigns, is necessary.

A mastery of design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, 3D design software, and video editing programs, is required. Advanced presentation design skills in PowerPoint, capable of producing visually compelling and data-driven decks, are also essential.

Strong understanding of branding and corporate identity, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels, is vital. Ability to manage production processes, including working with printers and production teams, and overseeing the creation of mockups and final designs, is necessary.

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in every project, from large-scale campaigns to intricate design elements, is crucial. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, are required.
