Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the buildings sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring progress within construction projects by measuring and evaluating installed quantities against plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and forecast quantity, estimate loading, and MTO updating from IFC drawings for progress measurement.
  • Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
  • Interface well with project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other members of the project team including clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Science or Arts:
A bachelor's degree in science or arts is required for this position.

Total Post-Graduation Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of total post-graduation experience is required, with at least 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor.

Experience in Buildings Type of Projects:
Prior experience in buildings type of projects is essential.

Microsoft Office 365 Applications:
An advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word is necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have expertise in quantity surveying, quantity measurement, re-measurable, bill of materials type contracts. Additionally, they must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
