About the Role
We are seeking a Cement and Acid Blending Plant Manager to lead our bulk plant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily plant operations and ensuring accurate material preparation and timely dispatch.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise daily operations at cement and acid blending plants, guaranteeing accurate preparation and timely dispatch of materials.
  2. Lead troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and maintain continuity.
  3. Maintain accurate records of blending processes, inventory levels, and product quality.
  4. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
  5. Manage inventory levels of cement, acid, and other chemicals, controlling wastage and maintaining readiness for field operations.

Qualifications
A Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, or an associated Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is required. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in bulk plant operations or a related field is preferred.
