Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Warehouse Testing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing data warehouse systems, ensuring data quality, implementing ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing test plans and test cases for data warehouse solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development and business stakeholders.
  • Identifying and reporting defects, and working with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Developing and maintaining test data and test environments.
  • Performing data validation, data quality checks, and data reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data warehouse testing.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience with testing tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
  • Knowledge of SQL, SQL scripting, and data querying.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
