Crew Chief

• Supervise and lead the crew during Wireline and Well Testing operations.
• Ensure the safe and efficient execution of all tasks, following industry-standard safety protocols.
• Maintain and operate Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) as per IADC guidelines.
• Oversee the transportation of dangerous goods, guaranteeing compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage crew performance and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped for their roles.
• Provide technical guidance and support to crew members, engineers, and operators.
• Monitor depth control and weight indicator systems to optimize well testing operations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within the crew.
  
  

Qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant field OR Diploma in a relevant field with at least 6 years of working experience.
• Certified as a 10K Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) by IADC or an equivalent certification.
• Profound knowledge of procedures and regulations concerning the transportation of dangerous goods, including explosives and radioactive sources.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging weather conditions.
• Excellent physical condition and good health to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Strong understanding of depth control and weight indicator systems.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, fostering good interaction within the crew, including engineers and operators.
• Proficiency in oral English for effective communication.
