- Installation and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, operating systems, and software.
- Detection and remediation of faults and hardware/software repairs.
- Virus removal and data recovery.
- Monitoring and maintenance of firewall and network infrastructure.
- Creation and removal of user accounts and email-ids.
- Allocation of system folders and quota management.
- Security configuration of all I.T. devices.
- Periodic backup and disaster recovery plan monitoring.
- Technical support to all users.
- Training schedule coordination with H.R.
- Maintenance of temperature and water monitoring system I.T. server room.
- Compliance with ISO procedures and forms.
- Accountability to supervisor/manager and subordinates.
Professional Certifications:
- Diploma in computer science/I.T.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
