Your day to day

As a Restaurant Manager youll lead and direct the restaurant operations ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Every day is different but youll mostly be:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated colleagues and culinary professionals. Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability. Maintain strict quality control enhancing our reputation as a culinary destination. Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate an enticing menu showcasing both local and international flavors. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment nurturing talent and promoting growth. Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations guaranteeing a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

What we need from you

3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager preferably within a luxury hotel setting or fine dining restaurant. A strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences with an unwavering commitment to excellence. Excellent leadership skills able to motivate and mentor a diverse team. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities confident in managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong business acumen capable of driving revenue and achieving financial targets. A creative mindset constantly seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices keeping the restaurant operations uptodate and ahead of competitors. Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and other relevant software applications.
