  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales performance and exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lighting products and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
