Maintain and administer IEMS server room equipment (Video Players, Content Servers, Storage Arrays, Virtual Machines, Kiosk Computers, Audio Processors, Video Processors, Switchers, Motion-Capture Servers, Fiber-Optic Cabling and Converters, Networking Equipment including Routers and Switches)

Troubleshoot and resolve these challenges by employing comprehensive problem analysis and customer service skills

Perform collaborative tier 1 network technical support including ticket entry, service restoral and perform initial troubleshooting to isolate issues related to the network infrastructure, system and applications

Daily monitoring and maintenance of the 7 iconic IEMS features
