- Regularly checking emails, fire alarm system reports, and logbooks for necessary actions.
- Keeping record of all activities through proper documentation.
- Creating and maintaining MIS through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Managing staff shifts and leaves, ensuring necessary backup.
- Addressing issues related to official work attendance, billing, new employee onboarding, meetings, and documentation for S&W Employees.
- Supervising fire system activities under projects, including testing and commissioning of systems.
- Supervising isolation and reinstatement of fire water and alarm systems during plant modifications.
- Providing fire protection system training to clients.
- Carrying out daily inspections of fire water pump house to ensure smooth operations.
- Participating in investigations of all fire incidents.
- Conducting daily plant rounds to check working of fire system, rectify problems, and report potential fire situations.
