Bartender

As a Premium Dining Bartender, you will play a vital role in crafting high-quality cocktails and creating memorable dining experiences. You’ll work closely with both kitchen and service staff to elevate our beverage offerings and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic position, your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a diverse range of cocktails, beverages, and mixed drinks with precision and creativity. Engaging with guests is crucial; you will recommend drink options and skillfully upsell premium selections to enhance their dining experience.

Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is essential. You will ensure that all equipment is in excellent working condition, contributing to a safe and efficient workspace. Collaboration with the culinary team will also be a key aspect of your role. Together, you will develop innovative cocktail recipes and pairings that perfectly complement our menu offerings.

Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, place orders for bar supplies, and manage stock effectively to ensure the bar operates smoothly. Compliance with health and safety regulations is paramount as you serve food and beverages. Providing exemplary customer service is at the heart of this role, and you will be expected to handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of two years of bartending experience in a premium dining or upscale hospitality setting. Strong skills in mixology and cocktail presentation are essential, along with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with bar equipment and techniques for cocktail development will be beneficial.

You must be able to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the workplace culture. A basic understanding of food pairings and menu offerings is expected, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.

Flexibility is key; you should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional language skills are a plus.
