Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in operational leadership in high-growth technology companies
- At least 2 years of immersion in crypto/blockchain companies, which has resulted in fluent understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets
- Master s degree or comparable educational achievement
- A deep understanding of how to lead and continuously strengthen a retail-focused FinTech
- Operation, including Sales, Distribution, and Customer Marketing leadership experience is a plus
- A proven track record of successfully overseeing the buildout and evolution of an institutional sales business across multiple countries and continents
- Expertise in guiding the internal administrative function of a multinational remote-operating tech company
- Demonstrated ability to structure and lead a multifunctional operations team that covers both retail and institutional business fronts in addition to the multinational administrative operational management
- Confident ability to guide and participate in leadership decisions at a senior executive/C-Suite level
