As a Gym Membership Consultant you drive membership sales and foster positive relationships with current and prospective gym members. Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Passion for health and fitness with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging between 300 KWD and 350 KWD commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Membership Acquisition:
  • Engage with potential members to discuss membership benefits and options.
  • Conduct informative facility tours and customize membership packages.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to meet monthly targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current members.
  • Address inquiries promptly and provide ongoing support to prospects.

Promotions and Marketing:

  • Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new members.
  • Participate in community events to increase brand awareness.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Stay updated on fitness trends and educate members on programs.
  • Guide equipment usage and safety protocols.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and process memberships efficiently.
