In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design and execution of fit-out projects for stc. Roles and Responsibilities Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: Ensuring the completion of designs for new sales outlets/branches in coordination with the sales and branding teams. Adhering to the branding guidelines for the design of new shops. Reviewing and approving designs for franchises. Preparing designs for administrative buildings internally or with the help of external consultants as needed. Managing the execution of approved designs for sales outlets and administrative buildings. Resolving any issues that may arise during the execution of fit-out projects. Monitoring project execution and highlighting any potential delays to management teams. Preparing executive progress reports. Providing value engineering advice during the design phase to deliver efficient cost savings. Introducing and implementing sustainable practices in the design and execution of fit-out projects. Qualifications To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a relevant role (Design Architect, Civil/ MEP Engineering, and/or structural engineering). Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
