Responsibilities: Support with compliance monitoring which includes a feedback system to the accountable manager to ensure corrective action as necessary; Monitors activities carried out under Part 145 are being performed in accordance with the approved procedures; Monitors that all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the contract; Monitors the continued compliance with requirements of Part 145 and Part M; Should accompany a competent authority auditor/surveyor throughout an audit to ensure the organization is fully aware of any findings raised during the audit; Shall be jointly accountable for the Part 145 quality policy, plan, and audit procedures; Share responsibility for the currency of the MOE; Deputise for Quality Manager within Maintenance and Engineering functions in Kuwait; Conduct Compliance investigations as required; Maintain regulatory compliance with EASA regulation in accordance with the QMS.
