We are seeking Senior Toolpusherswith experiencein 2500 HP and above in deep drilling operationsto be based in KUWAIT. Key Responsibilities: Direct and control all operational functions of the rig, including drilling, movement, and maintenance. Ensure that drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry regulations and company policies. Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig crew members to maintain a high level of productivity and safety. Oversee the work of Toolpushers on both day and night shifts, ensuring consistency in operations and safety practices. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and reduce downtime. Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during drilling operations. Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Serve as the primary liaison between the rig crew and the Rig Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination of operations. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, maintenance, and safety, to ensure that all aspects of the drilling operation are aligned and supported. Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment maintenance. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred. Experience of 3+years as a Senior Toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500 HP and above indeep drilling operations. Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC). Safety training certifications (e.g., H2 S, First Aid, Firefighting). Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
