Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
  • Operate coffee brewing equipment and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Process payments and handle cash accurately.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, fostering a positive environment.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
