The RoleGES is seeking to appoint a knowledgeable and dedicated ICT Teacher to deliver the IGCSE and A Level curriculum from August 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to inspire students in the dynamic and ever-evolving field of Information and Communication Technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the British curriculum
Teach ICT to students at IGCSE and A Level
Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations
Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning
Encourage critical thinking, digital literacy, and innovation
Contribute to the department's development and co-curricular ICT initiatives
Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students
Bachelors degree in ICT, Computer Science or a related subject (Masters preferred)
UK-recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or QTS)
Minimum of 35 years experience teaching in a British curriculum school
Native English speaker with British nationality (visa requirement)
Strong understanding of IGCSE and A Level ICT syllabi
Passion for teaching, innovation, and continuous professional growth
