Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Law / Finance
  • Professional qualification– MBA in Finance, CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent is a must
Experience Expected:
  • 6+ Years relevant work experience in Tax, Accounting or Law.
  • Big 4 experience would be an advantage.
Personal Attributes:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • PC proficiency
  • Proficiency in Arabic language skills would be an advantage
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to understand and interpret tax regulations and laws, interpret financial statements, prepare written reports and tax computations.
  • Able to lead teams of employees.
  • Able to set out clear project plans.
  • High level of attention to detail. Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards.
  • Manage the tax compliance need for a portfolio.
  • Ability to confidently present tax, technical opinions, advice and motivations to the client, Ministry of Finance and team/management.
