Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time]

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Architect proficient in Revit to design and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and modeling architectural designs using Revit software. This role requires close collaboration with our design, engineering, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design architectural plans and models using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  2. Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings for presentations and project documentation.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to integrate various aspects of design.
  4. Assist with project coordination and documentation, ensuring timely delivery of architectural solutions.
  5. Maintain Revit files, manage revisions, and ensure all documents are updated and compliant with project standards.
  6. Participate in client meetings and provide architectural solutions that meet client needs while adhering to budget and schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction documentation.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an architect.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and project management software.
  • LEED accreditation or similar certifications related to sustainable design.
  • Previous experience working on commercial, residential, or public buildings.
