Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Clerk located in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Collections Clerk will be responsible for debt collection, communication with customers, and financial tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in handling B2B and B2C delinquencies
  • Knowledge of Finance principles is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • University degree is required.
