The Systems Administrator I monitors Tier 1 and/or 2 server operations/performance using appropriate software tools. Responsibilities include being the Helpdesk POC for all theater NIPR and SIPR enterprise systems issues, managing trouble tickets, and reporting outages to NOC Operations. Program: OMDAC-SWACA.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain server administration, including Active Directory, security groups, Windows File Server, NPS, DHCP, Print Server, IIS, and application servers.
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts as necessary.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft servers on NIPR, SIPR, and SIPR-REL networks.
  • Manage Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Use vSphere clients for snapshots and system monitoring.
  • Perform regular maintenance, including installing security patches per IAVA standards.
  • Follow DISA STIGs for system hardening.
  • Document troubleshooting steps using AESMP ticketing system and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Associates Degree in IT or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • Must adhere to DoD 8570.01M with at least one baseline and one CE certification, such as CCNA Security, Security+, CISSP, etc.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with Windows Server 2012 or higher and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of security principles in enterprise AD environments.
Additional Information

This position offers company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus, and tuition reimbursement. Candidates must meet all host country requirements to work legally.
