Projects Control Specialist | PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, SFC | Expert in Planning, Cost Management, and Performance OptimizationDraftsman (Infrastructure Works)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure works, particularly in stormwater networks and manhole design, and must meet the following requirements:

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings and plans for infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  2. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to determine design requirements and deliverables.
  3. Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
  4. Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  5. Conduct site visits to gather necessary data and verify design feasibility.
  6. Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in infrastructure projects.
  2. Proven experience working with M/s Public Authority of Housing Welfare (PAHW) is mandatory.
  3. Strong expertise in stormwater networks and manhole design.
  4. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant drafting tools.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, error-free drawings.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Must be located in Kuwait and available to join immediately.
