Beauty Adviser in Kuwait Luxury Store
Job description
- Provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving deep product knowledge and excellent service & ensure the correctness of the specific brand merchandise in the dedicated shelves
- Primary responsibility is Customer Service
- Check the stock daily to ensure that all specific products are adequately stocked and available for customers
- Ensure that all merchandise (of a particular brand) is displayed nicely and orderly and featured merchandise prominently displayed in each section
- Help the supplier by suggesting alternative locations/display for products
- Maintain a clean and well organized back-stock
- Ensure brand promotions are properly set up & performed
- Be informed by the Product Manager on the actual & future promotions
- Collaborate in full inventory counting with the shop team
- Set and achieve goals during each review period
- Take advantage of the training opportunities that are offered either by the supplier or the company
- Whenever possible find out the specific needs of each person that enters the shop
- Maintain store & Brand image by adhering to the dress guidelines
Knowledge of beauty, cosmetics or fragances
