Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE policies and procedures aligned with international standards and company objectives
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards assess risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Investigate incidents accidents and near misses determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence
Deliver engaging QHSE training programs to employees at all levels fostering a strong safety culture and promoting awareness of risks and control measures
Manage and maintain QHSE documentation including risk assessments method statements permits to work and incident reports
Promote proactive safety behaviors and encourage reporting of hazards and unsafe conditions through effective communication channels
Monitor and analyze QHSE performance data identifying trends and developing strategies for continuous improvement
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment PPE and safety equipment across all operational areas
Contribute to the development and execution of emergency response plans ensuring preparedness for potential incidents

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of implementing and managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and a proactive approach to safety leadership.
