Indian Chef at a High-End Restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah

We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Indian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in the culinary industry while living and working in a vibrant city like Ar Rumaythiyah.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare authentic Indian dishes according to menu specifications
- Train and manage kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and proper sanitation practices
- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented according to high-quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with management on menu development and cost control measures
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while working in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1800 per month
