Quantity Surveyor for Buildings Construction

KBR Kuwait is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for building projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Quantity tracking, forecasting, estimate loading, and MTO updating from IFC drawings for progress measurement.
  • Perform assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls, under supervision.
  • Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and develop advanced skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or arts.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-graduation experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word.
  • Ability to interface well with project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in quantity surveying, measurement, re-measurements, and bill of materials contracts.
