Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media Marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Create engaging and informative content for the audience that aligns with Ajar's strategic business and marketing goals to attract audiences and potential clients.
  3. Plan and execute social media lead-generation campaigns to drive conversions and engagement.
  4. Establish and maintain a strong online presence for the SaaS company across various channels, including the official website, social media platforms, and industry forums.
  5. Ensure that content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility. Use targeted keywords related to real estate SAAS to attract organic traffic.
  6. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, product specifications, and Ajar's core values for all published content.
  7. Create and publish engaging stories to highlight updates, success stories, and other relevant content across platforms.
  8. Design visually appealing posts, banners, and creatives to enhance the brand's digital presence.
  9. Actively participate in social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
  10. Moderate all social media channels by responding promptly to messages, comments, and queries to foster a positive brand image.
  11. Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
  12. Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of online campaigns.
  13. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  14. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and adjust strategies based on industry trends.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media marketing specialist or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, particularly in Arabic captions.
  3. Ability to craft creative, engaging stories tailored to each platform's audience.
  4. Proficiency in designing visually appealing digital content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to write in a variety of tones, bringing a fresh perspective to recurring posts.
  7. Up-to-date with the latest industry innovations, social media trends, and web usability, with a strong interest in web and mobile technologies.
  8. Highly creative, enthusiastic, and quick thinker.
  9. Strong skills in moderating social media channels and fostering audience engagement.
  10. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  11. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  12. MUST BE a native Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills.
  13. Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
