Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook located in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. Daily tasks include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing inventory, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or related position
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
