My client is a leading Kuwait construction company who has an excellent reputation and a track record of working on a number of major projects in the country. They have recently been awarded a new project to build a state-of-the-art hospital with a value in excess of $1.3bn. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Director to manage the construction of the entire project.

The role will be to manage a large team of project managers and other senior construction staff to ensure that the project is completed on time and to budget, and that the finish is to the highest possible standard.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidates must have a degree in a construction or engineering related field.
2. Candidates must have a track record of managing large teams on mega construction projects in the Middle East.
3. Candidates must be able to demonstrate in-depth experience of managing hospital and healthcare projects with over 500 beds.
4. Candidates must be familiar with the high technical nature and the standard of finish that is required.
5. Candidates should be experienced in managing large multi-national teams of engineers and project managers.
