Job Responsibilities

Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers, and multi-functional devices.

Skills and Experience
  1. Computer and analytical skill.
  2. Prior experience in maintenance & repair of multifunctional photocopy machines & printers is preferred.
  3. Ability to troubleshoot & think independently.
  4. Ability to train end users.
  5. Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  6. Provide accurate feedback with close calls information, parts usage reporting, and customer meter reading.
  7. Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.
  8. Must be able to solve problems, comprehend technical information, and communicate effectively.
  9. Experience of 2 to 3 years. Freshers with a degree in a similar field can apply.
  10. Driving license is a plus.
